    Es gab viele Schwierigkeiten mit der Bestellung bis man sie endlich bekam. Und das bei so einem teueren Produkt.

    we are sorry to hear that you are so impatient. I checked your order. You placed it on the 10th of October at 22:07. We packed it on the 11th of October at 09:45 in the morning. It was given to our shipping company (PostNL) at the end of the day. It was delivered by Hermes in Germany (which is another country than ours) on the 15th of October at 15:02. So it only took less than 4 days to arrive. This is more than reasonable. You never contacted us about any issues. So Why only 3 stars? We did everything by the book. You do not review the shipper, you review Veldshop..nl. So we are very dsitraught by your remarks and cannot do any better. Well, you could have contacted us about express shippping, but than the shipping costs would have been higher than your actual purchase. Regards, Team Veldshop.nl
    PS: your first order was canceled because you failed to pay by PayPal on your first attempt on the 30th of September, eventhough we did mail you to ask for payment. So if this is what''s bothering you, please check your mail more often.
