Thank you for the review.
You tried to return a pair you bought several months ago that was not in the condition we delivered, which is not aligned with our terms and conditions. You have 14 days of delivery to request a return and the pair of shoes have to be in the condition we delivered them in, in this case, new.
When trying to negotiate and this ends up ''not in your favour'', we get you are not satisfied but please know we cannot accept a pair from a while ago that has dirty soles.
