I have yet to see the product, but, based on service, my expectations are high.
When you find exactly what you need and product description is written in good flowing language, when ordering is indeed easy and delivery happens without endless stream of upsell emails, then the only thing to be seen, is that the product matches the quality of service. Gotta open the box now.

Ware durch DPD Transport verbogen. Schlecht verpackt.

Promised delivery 2-3 days, but took 9 days, far too late for our trip (they weren't even dispatched for 4 days).
Sold as ID.3 roof bars; were generic, poorly fitting bars with multiple brackets & set up possibilities, but no proper instructions.
Not ok for a product that must be secure to be safe (failure on a motorway??).
We gave up trying to get them to fit well. The generic Halfords roof bars available off the shelf were better.

Sehr gute Ware, passt hervorragend, leider hatte der Versand eine gefühlte Ewigkeit gedauert. Nachverfolgung per App war verwirrend.

Products were sent quick, though adhesive was stinky.

Doesn’t work, mailed service team and have still haven’t received any feedback from them yet. Honestly as of right now I would not advise you to buy from them. Quality is really poor. Doesn’t even fit the car. Adhesive is the worst and the included primer cloths are dried up in their bags.
