Package never arrived after. After 1 week I contacted PostNL, they redirected me to the original sender, after getting in contact with Little Wonderland it was said to me that they will start an investigation with PostNL that would take 3-5 working days

This can take some days and we understand that this can be very frustrating as you are already waiting longer than was expected. In the meantime the investigation was concluded and your order has been refunded.
