Flowers have been deliverd late, almost in the evening, even if we had asked for an early in the morning delivery

Goede kwaliteit, snel geleverd. Tip: sneller een email sturen wanneer bloemen geleverd zijn.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday, January 27 (for my friend's birthday). They weren't delivered until January 28. Normally, I would get my money back in this type of situation.
