Unfortunately, they work with UPS. You can expect massive extra-fees for transportation, as well as delayed deliveries. When contacted, their customer service will just apologize for any inconvenience and then put the blame on UPS. Sadly, I cannot recommend.
It's okay
The shop is very well done and the selection is huge. The fact that it is so well translated into German suggests that it is suitable for the Swiss market. However, the email with the note that one is not an EU country and that customs fees should be expected, as well as that no returns are allowed, is well meant but comes too late.
