Customer service wasn’t good when they clearly sent me a shield that was already damaged they offered me a £20 refund only and the shield is useless now then they said I could send it back but I’d have to wait in again for a courier and wait for a refund before ordering another shield

We're sorry to hear you aren't happy with the offered solution by our customer service. You contacted us about some damage to the shield and send us a picture on which we could see some small surface damage, but no structural damages. So the shield is perfectly usable and only has a small cosmetic issue.
We offered a financial compensation or the option to send the shield back with a free return label for a full refund. Neither option was to your liking, but you decided to choose a financial compensation in the end.
We cannot refund a product before it's actually returned, because we do need confirmation that the product is actually being returned to us. This is not a lack of faith in you personally, but return fraud is a thing, unfortunately, so we need a standard procedure that limits the opportunity to do so. Again, that is nothing personal, but just a general safety precausion we unfortunately do need to take.

Een product is niet aangekomen dus had ik de klantenservice een bericht gestuurd maar hier is nooit op gereageerd.

Le service est très bien. Le rapport qualité Prix est bien. J'ai mis que 4 étoiles juste parce que les infos des. Description ne sont pas justes. Les épées que j'ai reçu en faisait 250 gr de plus pour ne cité que le plus important des erreurs... Par contre je dois saluer le service de suivi, qui est présent et répond rapidement. Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait.
