Ik heb 24 februari 4 producten besteld, betaald en niets ontvangen. Ik krijg geen antwoord op mails en geen bevestiging van mijn bestelling. Ik zie dat ik naar een duits bankrekeningnummer geld heb overgemaakt. Ik maak me zorgen dat ik niets meer van hen hoor. En dat hun website open staat, zodat iedereen opnieuw erin kan trappen om bij hun iets te bestellen.

It took about 8 weeks to receive the product. They said it would only take about 1 week to send out. Then they didn't reply to my email enquiring about the delay. They were also supposed to send 3 tins of the product (which they charged me for) but 1 large container was received. I can only hope it's the same product that I ordered.

Llevamos 2 meses y aun no hemos recibido el pedido y cuando nos ponemos en contacto para la devolucion ya no nos responden. Muy mal servicio

No contestan a los mensajes productos mal empaquetados y latas abolladas

Leider wurden die falschen Artikel geliefert. Hoffe die Rücklieferung der falschen Ware und die korrekte Versendung der bestellten Artikel funktioniert problemlos

Don't buy from this company. Total scam! I never received the item. When I tried to conact the company for a delivery date no one responded.

Prodotto ordinato il 28 dicembre e arrivato un mese dopo. Oltre a quanto la merce non è quella ordinata. Invece di due confezioni da 1 lt, é arrivata una confezione da 2x500 ml.

Never received ordered item. Have emailed 4 times, no response. No phone number to contact. Will be making an official complaint.

J'ai du relancer et menacer pour qu'enfin ma commande soit expédiée, soit plus d'un mois après la commande. Colis mal conditionné, les pots se sont ouverts dans le bureau de poste qui n'a pas pu me le remettre.

Die Handhabung von meiner Bestellung lief schlecht.Nur auf Anfrage meinerseits wurde mir mitgeteilt,daß die Ware nicht vorhanden war.Man bot mir eine Rückerstattung an die ich annahm.Darüber existiert auch eine E-Mail vom 20.11.2025. Danach passierte gar nichts.I Im Dezember schließlich wurde ich informiert das ein Paket zu mir unterwegs sein. Es wurde an ein Paketshop, hier NKD, geliefert.Zu diesem Zeitraum war ich im Urlaub.Auch hätte ich das Paket zurück geschickt,weil die Bestellung über 6 Wochen zurück liegt.
