Well after some searching I came across the pixey wand brand and was very impressed with the specs online so decided to take the chance on it. A few days later it landed and we put it to work . We started off about half way on the scroll and it was brilliant and slowly increased it little by little and it was way passed the power of our last wands including the doxy range. I can recall herself saying there can't be any more power left now at this stage and so with that I went from 3/4 to full power which resulted in her jumping off as of shock and couldn't believe the power that's in it and absolutely soaked the bed in the process.. it's nice and light and a nice size compared to the doxy and amazingly quiet compared to any other wand we have had .. I would definitely buy again

The shipping time was fine. But, the product was handled badly and what was supposed to be round has arrived to me flattened, had wrinkle impressions, and was unappealing compared to the listing images on the website. Total turnoff and disappointing.

It is true that it is a somewhat flat masturbator, which you can see best in photo 5, the photo with the hand.
You also indicate that the masturbator has wrinkles and has not been treated properly.
We do not open the boxes of the masturbators before shipping due to hygiene.
But if the product is not as it should be, we would like to hear about it so that we can provide a suitable solution.
Could you send us some photos of it so that we can see what is wrong with it?

Top notch hardware, but it was late and the bluetooth range leaves something to be desired. I also thought the Jefferson was quiet small but it worked it to its favor as it definitely packs a punch
