Ordered something to Athens 10 days ago. Still did not come. I leave Athens today! They use the cheapest shipping method EVER

We are aware that, to keep shipping to Greece affordable, standard shipping takes some time. We however, are transparent about shipping times of orders abroad. On product pages, as well as in your cart, we display an expected delivery window. Expected delivery for your order is between 11 and 18 December.
Nevertheless, you've chosen to proceed with the order, even though it was clear that your order could be delivered late for your stay in Athens. You haven't contacted us before ordering either, to check whether we could deliver the item in time.
As Elta is currently processing your order. I expect your order will be delivered within the coming days (and within the expected delivery time). -

Fast shipping and delivery to the UK. Only let down by the import agent, who took 5 days to contact me and arrange payment of tax. Perhaps pick a different import / delivery agent for the UK?
