    I tried to cancel my order for several business days before it shipped. My emails were ignored.

    We shipped your order within eight hours of placing it and, unfortunately, haven’t received any message from you with a request to cancel other than this review.
    As your order is shipped (and partially delivered), we can’t cancel your order any more. Please know that it is no problem to return your order within 14 days after receival.

    Fast shipping and delivery to the UK. Only let down by the import agent, who took 5 days to contact me and arrange payment of tax. Perhaps pick a different import / delivery agent for the UK?

    Easy to order at a competitive price. Big problem with import delivery between Netherlands and UK. This was both frustrating and time consuming and is still not resolved.
    Nevertheless, Customer Services were engaged and supportive.
