My order was processed very quickly after ordering from UK. But, Netherlands post sends it on via Parcelforce and they are ++++ slow. Would recommend UPS rather as a carrier.

We've seen that Parcel Force is underperforming and taking its time to deliver parcels. As UPS is expensive, we're currently testing shipping orders to the UK via DPD.
I know this doesn't affect your order anymore, but we've heard the feedback from you and our other UK customers. -

Hi, After having paid 140 euros, I have received the activation key, so far so good.
Then, you have to go through a strange procedure after which, eventually, you can download the product.
I say 'eventually' because I still do not have the product after 10 days.
Why isn't there a simple click to download the product ??? WHY ???

You've bought a license key, which can be redeemed at Microsoft. This is a standard procedure; this product has no click-to-download (it isn't an executable installer).
As soon as MSFS2024 has been activated, you can't redeem the code again, as it is now available in your Microsoft account. When you follow the provided instructions and continue with step 5, you can install MSFS2024 without any issues.
