    Order a joystick. The website stated it would be shipped the next day, but it was not. Decided to return the item. Still waiting for instructions on how to do that 7 days later. Very poor commutation. Emails sent with no signature. Just rude and ill mannered.

    I won't argue that we shipped your order late, for which I have also apologized. However, at a certain point, when you start cursing at us and making things personal, you've crossed a line. At that point, our service stops.
    It's no problem to return your order. We will refund your order upon arrival of the return.
