Easy to order at a competitive price. Big problem with import delivery between Netherlands and UK. This was both frustrating and time consuming and is still not resolved.
Nevertheless, Customer Services were engaged and supportive. -

Overall a really good experience. Prices are good and the service from Flightsimwebshop and Post NL is seriously efficient, even over the holiday period. Unfortunately even though it was stated on the website they would use DPD for deliveries, Parcelforce in the UK got hold of my parcel and it took longer for them to contact me to pay the import charges than both PostNL and customs actually had the parcel. I’d certainly recommend them if you’re in Europe itself.

Our T&C at this part does not differ from any big retailer: downloadable software cannot be refunded.
By purchasing downloadable software we also notify you (before you finalize your purchase) about this exception to the 14 day right of withdrawal, and ask you to explicitly agree to this.
We can’t refund any software as soon as it has been activated and added to your Microsoft account. -

My order was processed very quickly after ordering from UK. But, Netherlands post sends it on via Parcelforce and they are ++++ slow. Would recommend UPS rather as a carrier.

We've seen that Parcel Force is underperforming and taking its time to deliver parcels. As UPS is expensive, we're currently testing shipping orders to the UK via DPD.
I know this doesn't affect your order anymore, but we've heard the feedback from you and our other UK customers. -
