The actual products were nothing like as shown on the website. The products were faded and of low quality. Very disappointing. Worse the company charged me to return and even took the money first, even though they have all my money paid upfront. if they want the customer to pay for the return, they could have easily deducted the amount from the refund but they didnt bother to do that. The return address that they let you see only after the return post has been paid for is a different address than from where they sold. Overall disappointing experience and still waiting for my refund
Reply from Foodies in HeelsWow, I must say I'm very much amazed by your comments. We have sold these items many times, without any negative response. But anyway, there's no arguing about taste. Regarding the return process: it's common practice that you pay your order upfront, pay for the return shipping costs and then when the returned goods are received by us you get your initial payment back. You have generated a return label to send the items back to us on 27 April and handed the goods over to PostNL on 1 May. We have received the goods yesterday (2 May), they have been checked and processed 3 May and we have returned you the initial payment instantly via Paypal (3 May). Faster is not possible in my view. Again, there's no arguing about taste but I really don't agree with your statements around the return process and would really appreciate if you could change your review accordingly.
