    I have subscribed to national geographic kids 6months ago. But I haven't received any issues. I have contacted their customer service many times, they always reply to me that they will dispatch soon, obviously this never happened.

    Dear Fei, Clearly this subscription is not working and we can't figure out why. It could be as simple as the local post office misplacing the magazine.     Beste Marlous, Zoals telefonisch besproken moet u het oktobernummer binnen 1 week ontvangen. Waarom de levering toe nu toe vaak vertraagd was weten we niet, maar we gaan dit uitzoeken. Mvgr, Jasper.
