Unreliable and careless
I placed my order and received my order confirmation number, few days later they asked for an ID from me, and asked to verify if the Amex I used was mine. I ask why and apparently, people from US sure are not trusted, they even ask Amex about it as well, my AmEx was good and the main reason to use CC is to avoided hassles and other BS, I said just cancel my order, please.
Well Amex and almost all my cards send me text to confirm any purchase outside the US and any large amounts in US. They ignore and even contacted AmEx about me, so after 2nd attempt nearly 20 days later, they refund my total purchase price.
After I had to send a screenshot of my order actually paid to them and I even had paid it on my monthly bill to AmEx.
Finally, 21 days later I got my money back, after I threatened to call Amex and write reviews, then they listen to me. And their attitude change to like, we are sorry about the inconvenient and the typical blah, blah, blah.
Terrible customer service and after all this bulls**t they didn’t give a damme about my waisted time and effort and they had FREE Loan to use for their business, not even and attempt, and Not gift care, coupon, discount or something to show they concern or and attend to make things right with me, terrible company, by the way I was ordering VITAMAN And CELLMAN products easy found elsewhere!

As indicated, there were certain red flags with your first order that, amongst other irregularities, used one creditcard and customer address that failed to complete payment. And then, some time later, the completed order with another creditcard and contact data. Therefore we were weary of fraudulent activity, especially for this being such a large order for a first time customer.
That’s why we asked for additional verification or proof of ownership. Since that wasn’t possible, we reached out to American Express to ask them if they can verify that the card wasn’t stolen. All our efforts were directed to protect you, the cardholder, from falling victim to fraud. Their response unfortunately took some time.
Please know that we very much value our international customers, and had we received proof of ownership in this specific situation, or had there been no irregularities, we would have shipped your order without any questions or delays.
Please know that your feedback has been valuable to us. We’ve taken immediate steps by partnering with Chargeflow. and Stripe fraude detection to further enhance our verification process when needed. Especially with our international customers in mind, to ensure it is both secure and efficient.
We’re sorry that our efforts to resolve the matter haven’t been to your satisfaction. As a gesture of our commitment to making things right, we would like to offer you you a discount for your next purchase.
