I bought a Theradome Pro laser helmet that stopped working after first use. I've been trying to contact Hair Growth Specialist so that I have my product replaced, but they just ignore my messages.

I ordered the LH80 Pro (1000€), but received the EVO LH40 (500€) instead. Customer service doesn't respond to calls or emails. The return process is cumbersome, and there's been no compensation for the inconvenience. Disappointing and not recommended.

Great range of products and prices. Postage to England was super fast (within 5 days) and no hitches with customs due to the order being below the tax threshold. Have only started using products recently so can't comment on their effectiveness but I am very happy with the service and will use HGSpecialist again, Thanks.
