Delivery was quick, but unfortunately the rest was incredibly bad. We were unable to use the purchased brewing group due to a total failure of the coffee machine. We returned it unused at our own expense in an insured parcel. Then nothing. 15 days after delivery 1st inquiry to customer service - confirmation of receipt, question about invoice not understood. 2nd request for invoice refund - customer service said device was dirty and return not accepted. 3rd inquiry to double check (different date of receipt), request to return item in case of refusal of return - answer device is not dirty but broken, return not accepted. 4th inquiry parcel was insured, need photos to report damage - response not possible, as package has been destroyed. This is what is dubbed "customer service" by this company. Never again!

4 jaar geleden iets besteld en ik krijg nog steeds mails van hen aan, waarop ik mij niet kan uitschrijven.
De klantensupport is ondermaats en als je hier iets over zegt, dan duurt het lang voor er een oplossing gevonden wordt. Als die er dan is, dan proberen ze je zo te manipuleren om de review aan te passen en een loopje te nemen met de waarheid. -
