I was initially very happy to find a new supplier of accessories for vinyl records. I ordered a wide variety of slleves, inner sleves, shipping boxes etc.
Long story short - the boxes for 1-5 7" single records can't even fit one if you use a good quality protective sleeve, without bending and damaging them.
The "Heavyweight Gatefold 7" PVC Glass Clear Vinyl Record Outer 2 Singles Sleeve", OMG, finally someone made this double slleve available. BUT AGAIN DIMENSIONS really does not fit - to loose which makes record and cover able to fall out or move around in sleeve and be damaged...
I contacted Walvis, mainly to inform them or these issues, they told me that they would change the text on their web-site explaining the facts above - and offered me free shipping on next order... Fine - but I can't se the point in making a new order on accessories that at least does not match my needs/requirements.

Regarding the shipping boxes, please note that we typically don’t encounter records being shipped in "premium" sleeves. Our webshop specifies that a maximum of 5 records can fit in one box; however, this depends on the packaging used. The thicker sleeves you use significantly increase the dimensions, making it impossible to accommodate 5 records as intended.
As for the 7-inch record covers, these are specifically designed for storing records rather than for shipping them. Since the dimensions of singles can vary, the chosen size aims to provide a universal fit. These covers are effective in protecting records from dust and keeping them safe during storage.
To address your concerns, we offered compensation in the form of free shipping on the next order.
This was not because the products are unsatisfactory, but rather because we understand that this situation might have been difficult to anticipate. We believe this solution reflects our goodwill, as other forms of compensation wouldn’t align with the circumstances.

The usual "know - it - all" customer service. Endless text but no solution for the problem. Its 2024. Its ok to be humble. Its ok to help unsatisfied customers. But turning the problem around and blame the customer for being "rude" just because the given answer doesn't solve the problem, nor explains it any way... wow.. thats just sad. Good luck. Again... they keep on blabering... but a working tracklink is still missing. Pathetic

Your review concerns dissatisfaction with a November 18th order for delivery to Romania in a remote area near the border with Moldova. You know yourself that this is a difficult location; after all, you yourself wrote with your order "PLEASE MENTION 100% THE PHONE NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE? OTHERWISE DELIVERY HERE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE WILL BE A REAL DRAMA". Your location is about 2500 km from our location, almost diagonally across Europe. It is therefore reasonable to expect that such a package would be on its way to you for a week or maybe a few days longer. But on November 22nd, 4 days after the shipment date, you suddenly block the PayPal payment. Because, yes, there was no delivery yet. And when the package was transferred between 2 delivery services, a track & trace link didn't work. And you strike a nasty tone throughout. Not only in your review above, but also in your subsequent correspondence. Among other things, you write: "When a supplier hides behind a far too expensive and unreliable courier service", "An I-make-me-quick-from-this-dick story", "It's great that you have so much experience and know everything so well". While you simply got a quick and competent answer from one of our colleagues. But you didn't like the answer.
We consider your review untruthful and disagreeable.
