Are there costs associated with the mediation?
Participation in mediation through our platform is free of charge. However, if mediation does not resolve the issue satisfactorily, it can be escalated to our DigiDispuut disputes resolution service. There is a one-time fee of €25 for cases escalated to DigiDispuut.

Find the shop
In our member overview you will find all shops affiliated with Valued Shops. Make sure you use the correct spelling to find the store.
Submit dispute
Look in the member page for the section 'Mediation available' and click 'Submit dispute'. You van complete a form in which you indicate which problem you would like us to mediate on. Make sure you describe your problem as clearly as possible.
Get a solution
In order to reach a solution that works for both parties, we ask that you follow our instructions and be as cooperative as possible. It may take a few weeks in total, but we're in it!
